Special Instruction of BOPP Plastic Film:

NEI BOPP hot pressed film gloss film is recommended to be coated under roller temperature of 90-110 ℃ and roller pressure of 10-20 Mpa. However, the optimal conditions depend on the speed and dimensional stability of the selected laminating machine.
It is advised that the printed surface is well dried before lamination and cools sufficiently one surface before laminating to other surface.
