Description:
The hot pressed composite film has an extruded coating surface of low-temperature molten resin, which allows the film to be laminated onto paper products through heat and pressure. Various surface treatments can increase the value of printed surfaces.
The glossy BOPP hot press film provides a shiny colored finish. Its use can improve the appearance and increase the lifespan of all laminated printed materials. Matte BOPP hot press film provides a matte finish on the surface of printed materials to prevent fingerprints and stains. Compared to glossy hot pressed films, matte films can be stored for a longer period of time.
24 micron BOPP hot press film (also known as hot press film or dry press film) is widely used for various printing and composite of unprinted paper and paperboard, including book covers, cosmetic packaging, magazines, documents, shopping bags, diaries, etc. However, due to the higher price per square meter compared to 23 microns, many factories use 23 microns instead of 24 microns.

Special Instruction:
1. NEI BOPP thermal lamination film is suggested to be laminated with the roller temperature range of 85 to 110°C and roller pressure of 10 to 20 Mpa. However, the optimum conditions are depending on the selected laminator’s speed and dimensional stability.
2. It is advised that the printed surface is well dried before lamination and cools sufficiently one surface before laminating to other surface.
