Description:
The hot-pressed composite film has an extruded coating surface of molten resin at low temperature, so that the film is laminated to the paper product by heat and pressure. A variety of surface treatments can add value to the printed surface. Matte BOPP hot press film provides a matte finish on print surfaces, preventing fingerprints and smudges. Matte film can be stored for a longer time compared to glossy hot pressed film.
With its good performance characteristics and low price, BOPP hot press film is ideal for all kinds of printed and non-printed paper and paperboard, including book covers, cosmetic packaging, magazines, documents, shopping bags, diaries, etc.
Why chooses BOPP thermal lamination film?
1. Environmentally friendly: non-toxic, odorless or benzene free due to the use of non-solvent-based adhesives.
2. Safe operation: The use of non-solvent-based adhesives eliminates fire hazards caused by the use and storage of flammable solvents.
3. Excellent performance: Compared with wet coating, hot coating improves the color saturation and brightness of the print. It has strong powder absorption ability and adhesion. In addition, it can effectively prevent foaming or separating from the print during the laminating process. Due to its strong bonding ability and surface tension, it can be used in the following processes, including spot UV, hot stamping, die cutting, indentation and other processes.
4. Easy operation: Once the required temperature and pressure are reached, it is easy to operate. No other special techniques are required.
5. High efficiency: Production cost and labor cost are reduced substantially as there is no film wastage, mixture of adhesive solvent, or no UV heating lamp (drying system) is required. Therefore, it saves production space as well.
6. Wide adaptability: It is widely adaptable to different types of lamination machines, including wet and dry laminator.
Why chooses NEI?
1.NEI has professional experience in the film industry since 1995, so we have good quality control and after-sales service to support you.
2.We have 10 years of experience in exporting products to many countries in the world and enjoy a good reputation in the market.
· Compared with other thermal lamination film, our EVA glue is 100% imported from Korea and it ensures the adhesiveness of our film.
· Customize size,thickness,labels.
· Rapid production and delivery.
· A wide range of thermal lamination film and special films.
Special Instruction:
· The NEI matte BOPP hot pressing film is recommended to be compounded under the conditions of roll temperature 85 ~ 110℃ and roll pressure 10 ~ 20 Mpa. However, the optimal conditions depend on the speed and dimensional stability of the laminator chosen.
· It is recommended that printed surfaces dry sufficiently before laminating and that one surface be sufficiently cooled before laminating onto other surfaces.
