Velvet Touch Thermal Lamination Film has a unique touch and an extra matte look. The matte surface has excellent VELVET TOUCH effects and high factor levels for improved print performance. It takes on a pleasing, intense velvety effect that is very similar to our soft skin.
It is now widely used in the custom packaging industry, as well as high-end book covers, packaging prototypes, corporate brochures, product branding, and a variety of other high-quality custom graphic solutions. Special Instruction:
1. It is recommended to laminate NEI velvet touch thermolaminated film at roll temperature of 85 ~ 110°C and roll pressure of 10 ~ 20Mpa. However, the optimal conditions depend on the speed and dimensional stability of the laminator chosen.
2. It is recommended that the printed surface be sufficiently dry before laminating and that one surface be sufficiently cooled before laminating to another surface. Failure to comply with these recommendations is highly likely to result in pre-maturation stratification.
3. This film has an extra matte surface, so we recommend treating it with cotton gloves, or at least with clean, bare hands.
