Description:
The hot pressed composite film has an extruded coating surface of low-temperature molten resin, which allows the film to be laminated onto paper products through heat and pressure. Various surface treatments can increase the value of printed surfaces.
The glossy BOPP hot press film provides a shiny colored finish. Its use can improve the appearance and increase the lifespan of all laminated printed materials. Matte BOPP hot press film provides a matte finish on the surface of printed materials to prevent fingerprints and stains. Compared to glossy hot pressed films, matte films can be stored for a longer period of time.

1. Environmentally friendly: Due to the use of non solvent adhesives, it is non-toxic, odorless, or free of benzene. During the lamination process, no toxic gases or volatile substances are emitted, which is harmless to human health. In addition, it is easier to recover than water-based laminated membranes because the membrane and paper can be easily separated.
2. Safe operation: Non-solvent based adhesive is used so it will eliminate the fire hazard that is caused by the use and storage of flammable solvents.

In addition, it can effectively prevent foaming or separation from the printed material during the lamination process. Due to its strong adhesive ability and surface tension, it can be used in subsequent processes, including spot UV, hot stamping, die-cutting, indentation, and other processes.
4. Easy handling: Once the required temperature and pressure is met, lamination can be easily operated. No other special technique is required.
5. High efficiency: No waste of film, no mixing of adhesive solvents, no need for UV heating lamps (drying systems), greatly reducing production and labor costs. Therefore, it also saves production space.
6. Wide adaptability: widely applicable to different types of SMT machines, including wet and dry SMT machines. If using a wet laminating machine, only minor adjustments need to be made to the machine.

Special Instruction:
1. It is recommended to composite the NEI BOPP hot pressed film under roller temperature of 85-110 ℃ and roller pressure of 10-20 Mpa. However, the optimal conditions depend on the speed and dimensional stability of the selected laminating machine.
2. It is advised that the printed surface is well dried before lamination and cools sufficiently one surface before laminating to other surface.
